IMPLEMENTATION

Under the terms of a long-term outsourcing contract, Jet Infosystems carries out a continuous cycle of works for the operator. These include: capacity planning, design and implementation of up-to-date IT solutions, supply of necessary equipment, service maintenance of all information systems and the handling of operations on an outsourcing basis.

Jet Infosystems specialists ensure the functioning, fault tolerance and redundancy of the IT infrastructure on which all business-critical applications run. These systems include: billing, corporate reporting, analytics, CRM, the payment acceptance system, etc.

More than 300 pieces of equipment in two data centers, Hitachi Vantara and Brocade storage systems, a backup system based on IBM high-end tape libraries, backup software (Veritas NetBackup) and availability software (Veritas Infoscale) are all in round-the-clock service on an uninterrupted power supply manufactured by Vertiv (formerly Emerson and Chloride). The maximum recovery time for the system is four hours and the actual SLA for incidents is maintained at 99.99%.

In addition to providing comprehensive outsourcing services, Jet Infosystems also provides the operator with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), including analysis of the availability of IT services and IT systems, as well as determining acceptable RTOs (recovery time objective, the time of an IT system recovery in case of an accident) and RPO (recovery point objective allowable losses in the event of a failure).

PROJECT RESULTS

For twelve years, Jet Infosystems has been providing comprehensive support and timely upgrades for the entire IT infrastructure of Beeline Uzbekistan, with continually updating computing powers in accordance with current business needs and working on the company’s growth strategy in accordance with changing market conditions.

Business Impact Analysis allows assessment the consequences of negative events (system failure, technical errors while accepting payments, etc.) and minimizes their impact on key processes. Thanks to BIA, the operator can more effectively think through DRP (Disaster Recovery Plans) and make optimal decisions on the development of IT infrastructure.<br>

It is extremely important for us to provide our subscribers with high level services on a daily basis - because we value each of them and want to give them only the best. Uninterrupted operation of all IT systems is a guarantee of business stability and ensures loyalty for millions of subscribers. It is equally important to ensure that these services are on a turnkey basis, so that we don't have difficulties with technical intricacies. For many years we have entrusted this important function to Jet Infosystems, which responsibly fulfills its obligations and thereby ensures the stable operation of our business.
